Recently went to drop off my car after hours, got there at ~11pm on a weeknight and Cosme (the owner) was in the shop turning wrenches - he told me he had a late part delivery but promised to have the car out the next day so he stayed late and got it done. That speaks to the respect and appreciation they have for their customers, which is something I can't say about the competition. They are also very knowledgeable and capable Mercedes-Benz mechanics. I daily drive a rare, 20+ year old MB with over 230k miles on it, many times they have gone above and beyond to find parts or to get my car out of the shop quickly. Great shop run by mechanics you can trust.
