I share a story that is common these days, my catalytic converter was stolen from my Ford excursion. My insurance company wrote a check and told me good luck replacing it, we r not able to find one that will qualify in Ca. Well, you guessed it, it is also due for registration/smog test. So that brings us to , Ramirez Quality Services. John was able to find a new catalytic converter, that was Ca approved. Ordered on a Friday and installed it on the following Wednesday Morning! Tada! You charged storage fees bc your business was closed for the weekend and wouldn’t allow access to pick up the vehicle. You basically held the car in a locked lot refused to allow pick up and charged $250 bc the car was there after being repaired there… thieves Service: Vehicle maintenance
