Service was horrible. Went in to get a pair of wiper blades. The person at the counter seem like he didn't want to help me and my child. He wasn't friendly. He said they didn't have them in stock. I mention can I order them to be sent to the store. I paid for them. Was told they would be there the same day. Which they weren't there that day. I had gone 2 days later to pick up them up. While I was picking them up. That part person wasn't so pleasant as well.

I can always count on the quality of the parts Napa has to offer, the staff is always ready to answer my questions and they always have the correct response! Majority of the time I either deal with Isaul Reyes or Cumaro the assistant manager for this store. I could always count on these two to have my parts ready or ordered if not in stock. 10/10 for these two guys I will definitely keep coming back for all my automotive needs!
