I am a first time customer with Midas, I felt the prices were clearly stated and fair. The Staff were eager to assist me and took the time to explain what the plan for my vehicle was. I am always a bit hesitant with auto repair staff but they focused on my issues and didn't try to oversale or claim there were more issues to upcharge me. All in all it was completely resolved in a very quick turnaround time and I was communicated with at every point and am happy with the results. I needed a break inspection and was refused help. I spoke with the owner who told me he couldn't help because he was closing 2 hours early that day. I arrived at the shop 4 hrs. Before the posted closing time and all the workers were just standing around talking...there were no other people waiting to have their cars repaired. Very poor customer service
