Main St Auto Clinic

I took in my car to get a smog. The mechanic could not give me a day or time when my car might be ready. Not even an estimate. The receptionist told me that my car would be ready the next morning and it had not even been diagnosed yet. The service was poor. I was very disappointed.

Did not pass smog because I had to replace my battery terminal(it was eroded and would not let me start my car) and when you do that the computers in my car restart themselves and will not be ready for a smog inspection. I did not know this. They told me to drive it for a few days and come back to recheck it for another 50 dollars. My question is this: why wouldn't they check to see if the computers were ready before they started the smog inspection and took 65 dollars from me? The only answer I can come up with is because they only care about taking your money. Thanks for nothing. Will not be returning here.
