Duran Detail Auto Body Shop

We've taken two cars for insurance repair to this shop. Both times Mr. Duran and his staff have done an exceptional job on our vehicles. Our cars now look like they've never been involved in an accident. The paint job on the replacement parts was matched exactly to the old paint on both cars. Both time the repairs were done within a reasonable timeframe. In one instance, I needed to get some items I had forgotten inside my vehicle. Mr Duran went out of his way and took me to the transmission shop where my car had been taken for repair. I was able to retrieve my items. Mr. Duran and his staff were always available to answer any questions about the repairs being done to our cars. They really made us feel welcomed both times. This is now my go to place for body repairs to my cars.

Walked in for an estimate and a lady with short red hair left me hanging for a good minute and was rude when I tried to get her attention she still ignored me, I left three stars though because the young lady in the front was very nice and acknowledged me and helped me with getting an estimate.
