Aloha Friends and followers, this is a review about Dann's Automotive Service and my Experience AFTER purchasing the Altima on March 16, 2019. Good Company With honest caring people from Sales to Service! Wow! Has a couple issues with the Nissan and wanted the fluids topped off. Michael Olivares, Service Supervisor at the Center Street location is a warm and caring man. He made sure that my Altima was serviced, shared personal information and it was a wonderful Experience. My mother's vehicle has been there over a week already. They said it was our anti theft system causing our vehicle to not run. Car starts and turns off we've only had the vehicle for a little over 2 months. Also we've been told our car would be fixed by the end of this week and NOPE it wasn't done. Their customer service is BS they try and feed you what you think you want to hear to manipulate you. My mother is 68 years old and disabled! We also purchased the warranty and were suppose to be given a rental and then all of a sudden we weren't covered but our paper work says other wise! We will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again.

I'm a satisfied customer all the way. The experience I have when I take my car there is to thumbs up. The customer service is great, especially from Alex an Mike they are very professional an polite. I guarantee you will go back every time you need your car check or fixed. Oh let's not forget the good deals you get with Dan's repair shop.i give you my word. They are AWSOME.....
