Have taken vehicles 2x for collision repair. The first time the quality of the new parts were not to my liking as they looked cheap versus original parts. The second time it's been horrible. It took almost a month to get the parts plus repair done. After all that when the vehicle was picked up there were still loose broken parts from the collision. Obviously they weren't through in their work. Took it back immediately. Was told that they would order the parts and schedule an appointment and two weeks went by before I started to contact them but boy they drag their feet. Service: Body & Trim

Caliber got my car back fast, maybe less than a week. They kept me updated with texts and calls, which made my life easy. It took a month to get an appointment but it was worth it.
