Only been here a couple times, but both times mechanic has been super friendly and honest about my vehicle and what needs to be done. Went in last week and he made sure my car was smog ready, and it passed the next day when I when to smog test. Mechanic was even nice enough to clean up the outside of my car. I would've given more stars, but the one thing that I think I would have appreciated was, if I could be called and informed what's wrong, needs to be done, and a price estimate before any work is even started. Although, anytime I called about my car, I'd have no issue getting answers- it just would've been nice to know before things happened.

I bring all of my service trucks from ANDYS HVAC and my personal vehicles to Charlie. His knowledge and integrity are greatly appreciated. I fully trust him to repair all of my vehicles correctly and never have to worry about him trying to nickel and dime me. He fixes what’s wrong and let’s you know what can hold off for later in the future if needed. I have been using Aultra Automotive for over 20 years!!!!!

Please save your money, and go somewhere else. Took way too long and the job wasn’t ever completed. Service: Auto maintenance
