My car was the victim of a Hit & Run. I was referred to Alex's Paint & Body. I was told they take pride in their work. We baby our vehicles. Our vehicle was in perfect condtion before the accident. We told Alex's Paint & Body that any damage on the vehicle needed to be replaced and brought back to original factory condition. When we picked the vehicle up, it had an 8 inch scratch on the area that had just been fixed and a damaged wheel was not replaced or repainted.  How can you allow a vehicle to leave your shop, with your name on it, with an 8 inch scratch on the very area that you just fixed to bring back to original condition? Why wouldn't you replace or repaint a damaged wheel, when you were told the car had no imperfections before the accident? The reader of this review can look at the pictures and make a decision to take the risk for yourself if you want to bring your business and trust to Alex's Paint & Body.
