I needed a part installed, but as a walk-in, I was not expecting they would be able to help me the same day. Mike at the reception, a very pleasant guy, casually asked me if I had a minute, to which I said yes. He walked outside of his office to look at the vehicle and the part. Mike himself drove the vehicle to the lift, lifted the vehicle, and proceeded to install the part. I was impressed that the same person at the reception was the one who walked out to my vehicle to install the part! Haha Precision Auto Repair made a new customer today. The reviews on their service continue to sell this place for good reason. Keep that up, guys!
