We were trailering cross country when our Ford F250 transmission went on the fritz, Loveland's evaluated us on the spot (and at 5 pm near closing time), diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back on the road as quickly as was humanly possible given the restraints of the supply-chain woes post-covid. They are professional and did all they could to get us up and running. They turned a very frustrating situation into a much more tolerable problem. Price was fair and up-front. No surprises. The old lady at this place has a rotten attitude, and that's the nicest thing I can say about this business. After spending $400 to get towed here they decided they didn't know how to fix my timing belt. Couldn't get towed out until the next morning. They threatened to call the police on me because the tow guy couldn't get there until 11 am. Avoid if at all possible.
