Caliber Collision

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision because it was close to my house and they worked with my insurance. My car had damage to the front of my car, because during the rain storms I ran into someone. When I arrived at Caliber the shop seemed really busy, all the front desk people were busy on the phone or running in an out of the shop. I waited maybe 2 minutes and I was helped. I was given the option to leave my car and they would get back to me with a full estimate or they could do a visual estimate. I chose to leave it there. I received a full estimate the same day. I authorized the repairs and the rest was a piece of cake. I was informed during every transition of the repair process. Almost everyday I received a phone call or a text letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. Jen the service writer that I worked with, was polite and very professional; she answered all of my questions and provided information about the repair process.
