Brake Masters

I've used these folks, and sent my daughter there for her car because they are reliable, thorough, and stand by their work. They've also been honest about the estimates and have been straight forward about the work to be done.

I was referred here by my tire place America'sTire, I gave them a call to check on pricing and spoke to Roger. I was stressing a bit because I needed my breaks done right away and then I was on a budget. Roger gave me pricing and literally gave me transparency through the phone. Customer Service is excellent, I needed more work than I anticipated so I ended up stressing more because I was on a budget. Roger encouraged me to look into a program that would allow me to make payments, Although I was leary about it, I did try it and ended up being able to cover all of my services I needed done. I was approved for enough go make me go get my second car and get that work done too! I'm thankful for running unto this place today. Kudos to Roger! Service: Brakes

I highly, highly, highly recommend this shop! I was referred to Brake Masters by a local tire shop after they had to break one of my wheel studs in order to remove one of my truck wheels. This all happened on Saturday at 1 p.m., so I surely thought BM wouldn't be able to fix it on such short notice. I was wrong! The man who answered the phone said he could fix it and have it back to me by the end of the day. I got there around 2 p.m. and was surprised to get the truck back at 3:30 p.m. -- sooner than I had thought! What's funny is that I called two other Brake Masters locations before this one. The first two said they couldn't do it on a Saturday and that I would need to make an appointment for the next week. Props to this shop for taking me in on such short notice and getting me back on the road.
