Took my truck to get ignition adjusted and smoked, it fail smog due to cat converter gone bad. I fixed it took it back but they didn’t have time so I went to the original place I go to and it also fail cause of ignition not being adjusted which I was charged for after the new shop adjusted the ignition it passed no problem they showed my the distributor bolt was never touched had old grease on it to top it off he said that my original cat converter was good from seeing the old numbers so I was burned out of 400 from this place would not recommend at all

I have only take my Volvo here. They inform me of any extra repairs my car needs before doing the work and they tell me if the repairs are critical or not. When I first got my car I took it to the dealer for every check up, and they always found something wrong with my car, since I have been bringing my car here my repair bills have gone down significantly. I would recommend them to anyone I know

They work on my KIA and Jeep. I have to say I do understand that an estimate over the phone is not as accurate then seeing the work first hand. Coming to your appointment time is helpful for you can just go in and out quickly, but it is wise to be prepared to leave the car if more in depth work is needed. I rather have a working car then one that will cost me more money and have more damages if I just wait to fix it. What I have learned from the Mechanic is be straight forward and honest. I usually state I am not genius to this stuff, but it makes this noise and does that. Before, I would usually do research beforehand because I have been ripped off by Jiffy Lube in Chino, KIA Dealership at All Star KIA and Firestone in Redondo Beach. I shouldn’t have to worry and do their job to make sure my car is actually getting fixed and I am paying for something they told me would be taken care of after checking the car and not adding more charges once I come to pick up my car.
