Someone smashed into the front left tire area of my car. I brought it to J&C collision. The fixed it up quickly and gave me a lifetime warranty. A couple days after they fixed my car, it started squeaking in the front left area. I brought it back to them and we took a ride together and the owner acknowledged the sound. They took the car back and said it was a loose filter. When I got the car back, it sounded fine, but within a couple weeks it would squeak again. I would bring it back and they would keep on adjusting but the squeaking would come back. Eventually, they would say there is no squeaking. Something obviously isn't right. But they complained to my insurance stating that nothing is wrong with my car and if there was something wrong it was my fault... not theirs. I brought my car to another place and they said the car was definitely put back together incorrectly and it would cost me $3000 to fix. My insurance paid me back because they knew J&C messed up. I filed a weather claim with my Insurance company because my vehicle was damaged from construction debris. J & C repaired numerous items on my vehicle side panel, windshield, headlight, decal removal, custom wrap, and they did an excellent job. Mazda dealership referred me to J&C and I just want to say what a great referral! I got rear ended and this is the first time I've gotten into an accident. Luckily the damage was only to the left side of my car and it was still drivable. Insurance paid for everything (total cost of repairs was almost $6k). I was very happy with their service and their work. My car looks literally brand new and they washed it before handing it back to me and it's still shiny and clean almost 2 weeks later. Jesus and Arlene were great with helping me out and answering questions. They also give you text updates during the servicing of your car so that was helpful.
