I took my car here to get the bumper fixed after hitting a tire on the freeway and the entire experience was wonderful. They did an amazing job on the repair, especially color matching the paint. Communication was always clear and the repairs were done very quickly - less than a week. Customer service was great and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Wow, what a disappointment. Our Infiniti started to get clear coat hazing on its hood and roof. After reading reviews and getting some quotes, I chose them. The only positive thing I can say is that Upland Auto Body was competitive for the cost of the work. OK, now the reasons for the 2 star review, which would have been 1 star if I had paid more for the work. First, they aren't professional at all, including Maribel who runs the shop. For example, when I dropped off the car, Maribel said it would be approximately 10 days for the repair, and to just give them a call in a week to see if it was ready. Yes, I had to call them, and keep calling to see if it was done, and it took longer than they said, about two weeks or longer. I closely inspected the car when I pick it up. Here's where it really went downhill. The paint job was not good. There were several fish eyes, a wet paint scuff, and irregular finish of the clear coat in several areas.
