These guys were great, I was a little concerned going to a shop alone as a young woman but they made me feel very comfortable! I had a noise I wanted checked out, the guys got me in very quickly and diagnosed the sound. Jon told me I was fine to drive but should replace the parts fairly soon. Service: Air conditioning
I've had many great experiences here! They treat you well and give you a video walkthrough of your vehicle to allow for informed choice when approving additional cost. They have been unable to help only once (tires) and didn't charge me despite putting my car in the lift.
I can’t say enough good things about Irvine Auto Care! We had an out-of-town visitor from Utah with a bad alternator, and they got us up and running quickly and really saved the day! They even made sure that the tires were properly filled and the fluids topped off so that our young visitor could make it home safely. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
