Angel, was extremely helpful. He was able to get my car in for repair months ahead of other shops I called. I had excessive damage to my driver side including the wheel arm and bent frame. He kept me informed during the entire process and explained everything I didn't understand when I picked it up. My car looks better now then when I bought it. I believe he went above and beyond and I highly recommend him and this shop to ANYONE. Tesla is not the easiest when it comes to parts and repairs but ANGEL did phenomenal.

I was pretty stressed from having my Prius catalytic converter stolen a few months ago, and it couldn't have happened at a worse time. I just had it maintained and DMV renewal which requires smog check (impossible w/o a converter) was weeks away. I assumed that I would be able to get it replaced right away so I had it towed to their shop, but they didn't have any parts available so they were kind enough to store it safely at their facility for a week until I could arrange another tow. I was informed that it would be around a 6 month lead time until they could find a replacement, but surprisingly it only took around 2 months. Getting half the cost covered with State Farm was the icing on the cake. Will need to look for another auto shop that offers converter shields or plates, but this place has amazing customer service and will likely accommodate your needs.
