Had a great experience. New to Tulare, so we've been looking for a mechanic. These guys were professional, friendly, and quick. Gave a solid explanation for what was going on with my car. Planning on coming here again
I took my car here to get a diagnostic on the issue I was having and they replaced a part saying the problem was gone after paying $200 not even 5 minutes driving the car the issue is back so i paid for a part that was not even the problem i took my car back to only be told they don’t know what the problem is. I been dealing with Howell Service Center for a lot of years. Their service has been excellent. My daughter had a problem with my truck when I was away on vacation, took care of the problem and rescued her. They waited on payment until we returned. Great service, never had to return due to a item not being fixed correctly.
