We had a small radiator emergency (that we were hoping would not become a bigger problem), and we were put on the schedule asap, and got a prompt response for a window where they'd be there. The air conditioner in my car stopped working 2 days ago. Being new to California (I’m from Connecticut), I don’t know any mechanic. I called several companies who informed me that they need to put me on schedule (nothing immediately available) or that I need to leave my car at their shop and they will call me when the a/c is fixed. I found Ratchets N Wrenches. Danny understood my dilemma. Having to drop my daughter to school and pick her up at over 100 degrees weather with a broken a/c is almost unbearable. Ratchets N Wrenches was about to close when I called, but Danny said he would come to my house and see what he can do. Danny knew exactly what was wrong with the a/c. I am a female and I don’t know anything about cars. Danny could easily have stalled and taken a long time to stretch his work time. But he completed the job in 45 minutes. I think he deserved more than the price he quoted so I added 12% to his bill plus gave him a bottle of cold water. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air
