My husband and I took an older car that we have in to get smogged the lady at the counter said the man that does smog was out on a test run with another vehicle. We waited for 45 minutes. Once he returned he walks in, with no sense of urgency. She let him know we were waiting and he looks up and says oh yeah our machines down and it’s been down. Now if you’ve known that why would you not relay that to your front office so she can let us know instead of us waiting nearly an hr. What upset me more was he tells her oh yeah there’s a list of people that you need to call that have been calling all week to make an appt for their older cars too. So if you’ve known all week and people are calling why not say that when they call?! I understand machines break and shops are busy but, there was no sense of urgency and not a care in the world that you’re wasting someone’s time. We work all week long and set aside time to come here on our day off only to be told, “ yeah, you have to look up another

I took my car in for transmission issue and got very poor service. Despite their inability to fix my car (and I still got charged), the customer service here is horrid. I felt like they lacked empathy and genuine concern for my situation. I don't' recommend using this shop unless you want to be met with bad attitudes and an incomplete service to your car. The guy in the office was very nice. He explained the process of what was going to be done to my vehicle. He explained all the prices of repairs needed for my car. Everything was explained to me perfectly before being charged. Fast service, same day my car was done. Highly recommend this shop!!
