I was clearing the back lot of a property I manage where we constantly have problems. I noticed Golden Touch driver was parked and explained to the driver I had to clear the lot and told him why. I then asked him to leave. He refused and said he could park anywhere because he was a tow truck driver. I explained that he was on private property and asked him to leave again. He again refused so I told him I was going to have to call the police. He told me he has a contract with the cops, and he could park anywhere. So, I told him he was trespassed and called the police. While I was waiting for the police, he said a bunch of childish things and left after about 10 minutes. Magically, I got a negative review from someone who I believe to be the driver on my business page the next day. So, I am paying it forward. It's interesting how tow truck drivers have no problem towing people for being parked without a property owner's permission but some of them throw a fit when they are asked to leave

I had nothing but the best customer experience with Golden touch. Kaveh and his staff did an excellent job fixing my Tesla. I would highly recommend this shop.
