Bill is a downright good guy. While I was there getting a muffler installed, I was able to pet a rescued dog and watch Bill feed an injured bird. He's a San Francisco native that started his own business. You can expect him to give you the straight up and down. Bill's equipment and work are great, his attitude is even better. I will keep going back to Bill as long as he is willing to keep his shop open and so should you.

Bill is the best, an absolute professional. I had him install a cat back on my 2017 fiesta ST. He had me hang out with him while he did the work. Most shops won't let you into the work area let alone have you hang out and show you the entire process start to finish (and also ensure you are OK and agree with what's going on). The kit I brought to him was a bolt on with clamps at the seams. Bill went the extra mile and tack welded the seams for me. He also ensured the new pipe tips were gently put on and in the right position. Bill held onto my OEM parts for few days until I was able to come back with a larger car to transport them back. I will absolutely be back, and I have recommended him to my friends. Bill has earned my trust to work on my vehicles; which is a rare thing.
