Guy named William was very friendly and even helpful when we found out my carshield didn't cover the damage but he did showed where exactly the problem was. Left paying a fee for the quote. $75

I live in Tahoe and the compressor on my 2016 Jaguar F-Type S blew and I couldn't find a shop that could fix it in Reno. About 5 places suggested that I take it to the dealer, which I was really trying to avoid because Jaguar can get very expensive. I'm so glad I found Royal Auto Mechanic! This place was amazing, not only did they respond right away, they took my car in and had it done basically in a day. They are super responsive, very efficient, and so nice. I was in the lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for my husband to come get me, so I heard all of the conversations with other customers. They are incredible. Super straight forward about the repairs and the potential cost. Super fast with things like oil changes, tire repair, regular maintenance. They don't waste anyone's time and they seem to try really hard to accommodate small, quick work. One woman apparently had 30% left on her brakes and she came in because they were making some noise.
