Chris and Reyna provide amazing customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve had 3 different jobs for them. They are great at keeping me informed of next steps. I dropped my car off Monday and had it back Thursday.

From the first phone call, Reyna put me at ease and placed me on the right path for the repairs. She took time to explain the steps and process to work with my insurance company to complete the necessary repairs. Reyna greeted me the moment I arrived at the front office, and placed a call to the rental car company to pick me up from her location. Later on, Chris called me to advise the estimate and worked with insurance company to gain authorization to expedite the repairs. Helpful and courteous staff, they make the process easy for you. The work they do is impeccable. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and the whole team gets the job done in a very reasonable time frame. I have used their services three times and they have been consistent. I hope my car doesn’t get hit again, but if it does, I won’t get stressed out about it because I know these folks will take care of everything, and my car will look as good as new.
