Harrish runs one the best shops around as far as I am concerned. I have had instances where they were able to find small fixes to my cars issues and Drove away with the same amount of money in my pocket

Initially, I had a good experience BUT then I started to notice how they were dropping the ball on quality control of repairs - charging me high prices for work without get my pre-authorization & not respecting my time commitment in taking vehicles to their shop by getting everything done right at once, as discussed - You had to check to make sure you actually got what you paid for - they just pushed your vehicle out - no review of work performed - When I'd bring it to their attention - I was told "Just come back and we do next time" - The Worst Customer Service I had ever experienced! - The Wife of owner has VERY POOR communication skills, She should definitely get another job elsewhere - Abrupt, Curt, Raises her voice & Hangs up on you - EXTREMELY RUDE!
