Signal Hill Automotive Repair

Went to a dealer when my car overheated they supposedly fixed it and charged me $1,300. About 3 weeks later a hose burst and I went back to the dealer and he charged me $700 to replace all the hoses. About 3 months later the car began to overheat again so I took it to Signal Hill Automotive they fixed everything and changed my oil. It seemed the problem was the newfangled thermostats now used which can tell the cooling fan to either run or not run. The dealer supposedly put a new thermostat in but I guess he didn't. Therefore I'm sticking with Signal Hill Automotive they get five stars and a grade of A!

Great mechanics. Any of the guys there are honest and demonstrate what true integrity is all about. I started by taking my company’s vehicles there around 2011 and eventually started taking my own vehicles. I always recommend them to ladies that I know because it is a safe place for people like me who don’t know a lot about cars. They are definitely a trustworthy place. They do close at 5pm and are closed on weekends so I recommend getting there early to allow them time to work their magic. They have helped me out of so many difficult circumstances and I’m thankful for each of them.

Joe, Gerald & Onik, what a nice people. Good personalities. I’ve known them since 1994 and take my own, my wife’s, relatives and friends’ car to them since! Technically they are the best in the business without any exaggeration, 2nd to none! Very sharp & clever in pinpointing & diagnosing issues that are difficult to locate.
