Outstanding work! David at Big Q was very responsive and took care of all of the work I needed to troubleshoot my air conditioning and replace a leaking condenser. He worked directly with my extended warranty company which made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend this shop, and thank you David for the excellent customer service!
Came in with a coolant leak and Cesar helped take care of me! The work was done quickly, and I even came in to discuss the invoice and parts and he verified everything was OEM. In my opinion, the communication was pretty good, and Cesar didn't hesitate to call me up and let me know any updates with my car. I would say they are more on the expensive side, but they work with you. Definitely would come here again! Service: Engine repair
It took an extra day to replace my special VW battery. But… I got my money back for taking an Uber all the way to my job in Irvine! It was a lot but they honored their promise and got the job done in the end. 5 stars
