5 stars for Tillet's, in terms of customer service, pricing, and quality of service. I particularly appreciate Wes. As a woman who often feels out of place at the mechanic due to my lack of car knowledge, I am not afraid to ask what feels like "dumb" questions, especially to Wes. He is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I always leave the shop confident in what was diagnosed or fixed. Every service Tillet's has done to my car has been perfect. This shop get 5 Stars The people there are very nice, have a very effective way of helping out with Subaru problems in less then 1 hour they let me know what was up. 1.5 hours only to change out my fuel pump, which was a major source of my used car problems.
