Called and spoke to Sam about fixing my mom’s van. Was very polite and responsive and set an appointment for the following day. Agreed upon time came and went without a phone call. When I called him, he said he could do it later without a specific time and then subsequently said he couldn’t do it today. Not professional. Had to find someone else to rescue my mom and her van. Wasted a whole half day waiting on this guy.
5 stars! Really saved my friends! Saturday afternoon, came really fast after we called. The locksmith did so much, this guy made the van going.. TYVM!!!
Sam is a rock star mechanic. I called him on a Sunday as I was broke down in Bodega Bay. He returned my call right away. We set up a mobile appointment at 10am Monday. He called to say he was on his was, great communication. After determining my fifth wheel trailer had a broken leaf spring. He removed to broken part and left to Santa Rosa to get new parts. He called right away and offered an upgraded part and to repair the other 3 leaf springs too. I said yes. He promptly returned and worked fixing my trailer. I was very impressed by Sam's work ethics and skills. I 100% would recommend Sam on any repairs. Thanks Sam!! Service: Steering & suspension repair
