Bill Pagnano is the last of a dying breed. He’s a mechanic who sweats the details & takes the time to get the job done right. He’ll actually let you watch him work; there a lot of pride there, and some disdain for mechanics & shops that cut corners. Unlike big tire outlets, Bill uses a torque wrench for each lug nut when mounting wheels. And let’s the oil drain for at least 20 minutes. Do you know that Pagnano’s is the ONLY installer in the Santa Rosa area that web-based Tire Rack recommends...?? ‘Nuff said...!!
bill worked with me on my power steering he definitely didn't gouge me even though I'm sure he could have. He was done well before I expected and his communication was excellent. It is a little out of the way but worth it to me at least.
