Sean, Matt and the team did a great job on our 540i. Several other shops including the dealership tried to diagnose our symptom with no luck. NBB diagnosed and repaired the problem on the first visit. These guys are our new BMW shop!

Great experience! I went to 5 different part stores, mechanics and the Mini Cooper dealership looking for an obscure, specific piece of the back hatch wiring for my 2007 Mini Cooper. On a whim I called North Bay Bavarian based on reviews. I spoke with Matt and was pleasantly surprised when he told me bring in the car and he was confident they could find a way to fix the wiring. 45 minutes after I arrived - my back hatch was fixed. Plus I was charged less than what was quoted to me by the dealership. They ended up using part of an extra trunk/hatch wiring they had on hand. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back again.

I have been using North Bay Bavarian for 8 years. I own a 2007 328i. Not only is it a friendly super clean place, it also provides honest and excellent service. I have never been oversold on possible services, rather only been made aware of things upcoming. Not being much of a car enthusiast I will say that I am so glad I purchased this car and even happier that I found North Bay Bavarian to help me properly maintain it. 10 ⭐️ from me.
