This is one auto shop chain I trust. I have been bringing personal cars here ever since Sandy took over the shop. He is attentive to my concerns and listens to my complaint and addresses it. Couldn't ask for better service, thanks guys!
We used Midas for some repairs on one of our work trucks. Our crew broke down on the side of the road near Midas. Sandy's crew helped our driver push the truck into their facility, where they promptly were able to fix the issue we had. When there was a problem, Sandy took care of it immediately and with great professionalism. I will use this Midas again and refer to anyone I know.
Good place for an oil change and tire rotation! I explained over the phone I had seen an ad on Spotify and the person over the phone said sure. Went in and they asked for coupon and that was the only way to honor the special. I explained I had gotten approval over the phone and did not have coupon. Manager honored the special! Highly recommend based on that interaction! In and out within the hour they promised!
