So far- friendly . Just dropped off my wrecked SUV. Just got my car back,after 3 1/2 weeks. They had told me 2weeks when I dropped it off. No communication, I had to keep calling and never got answers. They did a decent job, some gaps around hood and finders. Replaced one headlight so the remaining one is old and foggy and sticks out like a sore thumb. They detailed inside and out ,so that felt good.

I got into an accident on Sept 4 2022, got it towed to them on Sept 5. They parked my Tacoma, unlocked, in there front gated lot. They didn't look at it at all until Sept 29, when they called me to see if I picked it up. No. It was STOLEN. Someone cut the lock on fence and shut the internet down, so the Ring Cameras did not work that whole weekend on the 18 of September. But didn't notice it until they called me. They and the insurance company and claims reps have been short and rude with me and didn't return calls. My truck got recovered a month later more damaged. This is all true from the police report. Insurance company says its not they're responsibility and not liable. One word, NEGLIGENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They are great I my car got flooded and I didn't know what to do or where to call my insurance company told me to choose a place and I remember hearing from them in the radio so I looked them up and gave them a call and honestly they took care of everything it was such a relief. I felt so supported they kept calling to give me updates. I would recommend this place too every one.
