I'd love to give four stars but there were a few minor problems. The thing about minor problems and auto repair is that a minor problem in the wrong place can quickly become a major problem, and that erodes confidence. I booked an appointment for an oil change and new tires. They were late with the service and by the time it was done they were almost closed and I was forced to be late for my evening plans. Then when I got there, I waited ten minutes in an empty office. It turns out they were unable to reset the maintenance light and the receptionist was out trying to figure it out. Like I said, a minor thing, but being a certified Prius mechanic, that minor thing seems like something they should know. They were frantically watching YouTube videos to try to figure it out. I told them I needed to leave so they left it unfinished. When I got home, I easily found the code for the maintenance light reset in the manual and did it myself. Nate and the crew at Green Tech Automotive took great care of my 2019 Ford 150. They replaced my Battery, Brakes and took care of the Rodent Smell from an unwanted guest that made its way into my engine compartment and left its smelly evidence behind!
