Firestone Complete Auto Care

Today was my first time doing an oil change here, I scheduled an appointment here 2 days prior. I arrived exactly on time for my “ appointment” and from there I was briefly explained the process and was told to come back in an hour and thirty minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that my car had not even been pulled in. The reason being that the mechanic’s car broke down so he was working on his own, and the other mechanic was unavailable. I was not told this information when I had arrived and as a result I lost an hour and a half of my time. When I came back I was told I could wait an unspecified amount of time and was not asked nor given the opportunity to reschedule later in the day. I found the experience to be very unprofessional and unfortunately I would not recommend this store. Service: Oil change

I took my car this Firestone most of the time. They have nice and friendly staff.
