We're from out of town and needed a part replacement on our Buick on a Saturday and he dropped everything and fixed us right up as well as showing us the bad part and explaining what was wrong with it. I called late morning with an electrical issue, and Rakan asked me to come in at 1pm. He was waiting with a friendly smile and starting working on my car immediately. In a little over an hour he fixed the problem. But he also went beyond just a mere fix...instead of ordering a part, he ingeniously took apart my old connector and it worked! Rakan was courteous, professional, and clearly explained what he had done. I will return to Dehmes Automotive for work on my car.

I was on my way to see my new girlfriend in Burlingame on a Saturday morning when my Mazda 3 started running rough. I did a Google search and saw Rakens shop was open. He took my in right away , had my car diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed in about 2 hours. This guy is dope! I'm telling everyone I know about Raken!
