Very professional and communicative. They found a solution when the parts for my car kept getting back ordered longer and longer by the manufacturer. They could have just shrugged and said they still didn’t have the parts, but they put their heads together and found a way to repair my old parts and get me back on the road. These guys cost a little more than the last place we went, but it was so worth it. My wife went alone while I was at work and she felt 100% comfortable with them - they were extremely professional and friendly. Later, I had to go back to get some records and they went above and beyond. You know how sometimes you can tell that the teenager behind the counter just got talked to by the regional manager about all the gimmicks to get 5 star reviews? This was not that. EVERY person I dealt with there seemed like they just genuinely want to do a good job for the sake of doing a good job, and like they take pride in their work and taking care of customers. Thank you guys!
