My brand new car was hit from the back and took it in with them on a Monday and was finished by Thursday morning. Looks brand new again. Like nothing happened. Really great customer service and kept me up to date every step of the way per texts updates and emails til my car was ready for pick up. The staff at Carstar were very friendly and helpful. I was helped by Jordan Shaw and a female employee. The female employee was very kind and empathetic towards my car situation and communicated next steps and what to expect. Overall, Carstar was very punctual, professional, and handled my situation with care. Would highly recommend this business and will be coming here again if the need arises.

This shop was fast, efficient, friendly and did a great job on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. The truck was returned detailed and clean, it was a mess when I took it in. I can’t recommend this shop enough.
