I took my wife's suv there to get the AC fixed and bnc fixed it no problem!...one shop quoted me 2700$$ to replace the whole ac system which was crazy so I called bnc got it looked at a few days later..turns out it was a bad connector that only cost like $20.They not only fixed the ac and recharged it but also let me know of a worn out serpentine belt which I needed to take care of.GREAT/honest customer service from phone/front desk and nick the mechanic who took his time to explain what he did to find the issue even though it was 510pm and they closed at 5pm. Terrific service! I was impressed by the integrity and level of service Michael and his team provided. I called with an issue with my Toyota Matrix and Michal was kind enough to squeeze me into the schedule for the day. They did a fantastic job and I now drive with confidence knowing my car is in good shape! If you are in the Santa Rosa area, I highly recommend BNC. I will definitely be coming back for auto repairs and smog checks.

We service both our cars here because we like the way it's run as a business. They do a great job, it's quick, and the prices are reasonable. Mikhail is awesome, and I just met his sister at the other location this weekend.
