Tire work (4 new tires + alignment) seems done well, but they called me to see if I could come in earlier than my 3 pm appointment. I arrived at 12:30- they said come back in two hours which I did. They then said come back in an hour and a half, and car wasn’t ready until 4:30 due to being short staffed. I should have stayed with the original appointment :(
The staff was kind & knowledgeable. We drove in with a flat tire; they gave us options for new tires; were able to service the car that day... And the price was fair! Highly recommend!!
Big O Tires did a wonderful job taking care of an unexpected flat tire while we were on a road trip. After I discovered a huge nail, I gave them a call since they were the closest tire shop. They said no problem, bring it over. Though the puncture wasn't repairable, they had a replacement tire available and got me back on the road within an hour. We barely missed a beat on our trip thanks to the nice folks here. Though the nail was an inconvenience, I'm glad it happened right next to Big O Tires!
