Unfortunately the experience at this location was not wonderful. Trish was the saving grace for the store. I appreciated her honesty and follow up for what seemed like a tough day for her. Drop off was fine, the job was not completed in full or in the timeframe promised, staff was not going to tell me that the full job was not completed had Trish not stepped in. I had to pay for labor and will have to go back again to have the job finished!
Amazing service!! Had a nail in my tire 2 hours from home and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Took less than 2 hour wait time to change out all 4 tires (other three were bald) thank you Jorge and staff!! This was also a fleet vehicle and they were able to help so quickly and professionally! Life savers!!
