Car = 2002 Hyundai XG 350. Got a power steering pump replaced here, and I’m very pleased. They were able to obtain replacement parts in a timely manner and had prices ~10% cheaper than nearby shops. They didn’t call to provide updates along the way, but I assume that is only because they were getting the work done quickly and with quality. Carlos was knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully I don’t have future car issues, but if I do, I will be back at High Tech.
Absolutely the best! Carlos is the owner and always takes great care of my vehicle and responds to me in a timely manner. I have a VW TIGUAN and he’s saved me A TON OF MONEY. The dealerships try to screw you over with prices 3-5x of what High Tech Auto will charge you. It’s difficult to find a mechanic in the city that you trust and I can say confidently I trust these guys with my vehicle.
My ‘check engine’ light was on so I took my car here- they did a thorough inspection and found the problem as well as told me the other maintenance issues my car had. I appreciated that they were not pushy and worked with me to fix what I could at my price point. ????????????????
