I made an appointment to get my tires changed, and what a waste of time of a tire shop. The shop was empty and I was quoted a 3 and a half hour wait. When I asked the attendant if people waiting in store would be prioritized vs people not waiting at the store, I was told that the people not waiting at the store are still waiting, just in their house. What kind of a backwards mentality of a business promotes this type of inefficiency? With all the other available tire shops out there, I highly recommend a different shop.

I called day-of for a full tires change and was able to be taken in same-day. Very kind, informative, and thorough customer service on both the phone and in person. They’ve been super helpful and very honest about my car’s needs, explaining why I needed any additional services and if I could wait on them or not. They definitely helped me to figure out my best options according to my limited budget as well. While waiting, I enjoyed nice conversation, comfortable seats, and they even gave me some cookies. Overall a great honest and friendly spot for repairs.

The location on Lincoln, Blvd in LA was so helpful with replacing all 4 tires on my SUV today. They also did an alignment & my car feels so much better to drive now. They helped me pick the right kind of tire for the weight of my car & the type of driving I do, that was also in my budget. The job was completed in half the time they suggested, which was great. The staff were friendly & fun. Overall a great experience. I will definitely come back for all my tire needs in the future! Thank you so much guys ????
