Gold Coast Collision

Gold Coast Collision is awesome! I was originally sent to their competitor on Betteravia and they were going to take 40 minutes to prepare my estimate. After already spending 20 minutes getting there and there would be no way for me to get back to work in time, so I had to reschedule, unfortunately, they close at 5 p.m. I called Gold Coast Collision, not only are they open later than any collision repair shop in town, they customer service and friendly atmosphere is second to none (and I know what I'm talking about)! Highly recommend Gold Coast Collision! (In fact, I just referred my colleague who will be calling them this afternoon!) :)

Right after my car accident I took my car to Gold Coast Collision #2 . They did take care of my car quickly. My biggest issue is having to babysit. First I was told they would call me with an update. I never got an update I had to call to get that update. Once my car was finished they did not reconnect my brake lights, my trunk would not open all the way and they ordered black market trim for the outside of my car. The trim did not fit well so they said they would resubmit another claim with my insurance company for the Toyota trim. 2 months went by I didn’t hear anything back. I emailed Sandy waited 3 weeks she did not respond. After the 3 weeks I emailed her again stating that I know they are busy but a response would be appreciated. Still to this day she has not responded back. I contacted my insurance company and they still have not submitted the claim. I do not recommend you bring your car here as they do oro follow through and have horrible communication. Service: Body & Trim
