Gold Coast Collision Auto Body & Paint is simply amazing! I have had the privilege of working with them on multiple occasions and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Their work is top-notch and their attention to detail is unparalleled. They recently helped me with a truck and even though the mirrors were backordered, they kept me informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond by letting me take my truck home after painting it and then fixing a new dent my daughter had put in on a subsequent visit. If I was able to give zero stars I would! Where do I begin, well August 12, 2022 I dropped my car off to this shop for MINOR front bumper damage. I was told I would have the car back “within few weeks”… October 17th, I go see the car in person and there’s a long scratch along the whole passenger side. I bring it to their attention and they did have it buffed out.. Well finally November 18th, excuse after excuse.. months and months and months of waiting (3 to be exact) my vehicle sitting outside, packed on with dirt from rain and wind. My car is “done”. I go to pick it up a few minutes right before closing and I look over the repairs they did, then as I look over my whole car I notice TONS of swirls/scratches ALL over my car, it was all muddy and dirty from their workers, my brand new wheels water spotted and brand new lug nuts rusted. Mind you, I’m getting rushed because they are “closing”… I wanted to speak with the “person in charge” that was handling my vehicle since I dropped it of

0 communication have taken 5 months and still counting to fix my front bumper. Say they'll call u back , they won't . Feels super shady if I could go back and not come here i would.
