CARSTAR City Motors Collision

Car Star City Motors did a great job on my Lexus RX 350. It would have been a five-star review, but I was told one price to do the work. Then I received a phone call just prior to picking up my car and told me it would be $350 more to calibrate the rear bumper. I felt they definitely should have put that in my estimate. Otherwise Car Star City Motors did a fantastic job on my Lexus rx 350. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with CARSTAR. They are one of the only Tesla certified repair shops near me, I was reluctant to use a shop other than Tesla. After checking out their reviews, (5-star), my mind was put at ease and I moved forward with CARSTAR. The entire process was seamless for me. They worked directly with my insurance to expedite the approval for the repair. Parts needed to be ordered directly from Tesla so I was expecting a 1 - 2 month turnaround; you can imagine my delight when it was less than 2 weeks from start to finish. I picked my car, affectionately called, "Baemax," this afternoon and she was perfect. It was like I never backed into my garage like an idiot. They even detailed the interior.
