They definitely delivered. Had a ac problem and now I got cold air. Even though I was late for my appointment they still helped me out. Customer service was 10/10. I am definitely going back regularly for any maintenance I need. Will highly recommend to everyone

Found concept3 from @xnday and I was amazed by their work and attention to detail. Their instagram/tiktok videos are funny and show a customer stating a problem and them fixing it. Will runs a well built/structured business that makes it easy for customers to have their cars fixed and is very knowledgeable. Rating 5 stars for great communication, pricing and speed. They were able to find why car kept misfiring and throwing weird codes. Ending up being a vaccum line. Found out my alternator was giving out and got it rebuilt within 1 day. I’m definitely coming back for more work on my other cars and recommending them to anyone in search of a reputable shop!

Just had a front flip and rear diffuser installed at concept III. Entire process was amazing. Called a few days before, spoke to William, he set up an appointment, showed up and they immediately started working on my car at the appointment time. The shop was clean, William was awesome, really great work. Highly recommended.
