I am so happy to have found this business. I own three VWs and a BMW. I have been so frustrated with dishonest mechanics and poor workmanship, so I panicked when my Passat needed work. SCV came to my rescue. This mechanic knows his stuff. I will be bringing him all my business from now on.

I have a Smart car and it's so hard to find places to fix them. I am traveling and towing my car. I took it in to see what was causing it to overheat. Tom was great! He looked at it and determined that it was an issue that would take time to get the parts. Unfortunately I had to leave town, and he did not even charge me for his time. Thank you, Tom! Thank you to Tom and Chris and the rest of the crew at SCV German Car Service. Communication was excellent on my BMW repair project. Tom explained each repair component and all of the work was done ahead of schedule. I never had to initiate a call about the status of my car because I was kept informed every step of the way. Also, Tom didn't treat me like a dummy when I made a dummy mistake and probably wasted his time. My car is running well now.
